| 1 | The first thing to add is a complete description of your project. It is important to show how you developed the project, starting from your design with the overhead transparencies to the completed screen shots. This is where you add your screen shots (you get those using CTRL-Print Screen and then pasting that into Word). |
| 2 | Next you need to describe the software that is required to make the product and to use the product. I gave a handout to you with an example of that in class. |
| 3 | Then, you have to write about the hardware that you need to use for the project. I also gave you an example of that in class. |
| 4 | Finally, you need to fully describe the data that your client is required to give you to make the project complete. Almost every project has data that you need. In the database projects that is clear. For instance, one project is organizing the music for the band. So you need to have a list of the music including all the details about each piece of music: name, composer, number of copies, etc. |
