SCANNING FINALS
Teachers please note that only department wide finals are being scanned.
If you are giving a final that differs from the department exam, please use
the scantron forms and scan them yourself. Blank forms will be in Room
106 by the Kronos machine on Monday. Please return tests ASAP to the
bin in Room 106 so I can keep up. Please be sure to put any answer key in my mailbox A.S.A.P. So
I can take care of early returns promptly.

ANNOUNCEMENT IS MADE
All fees pertaining to textbooks will be collected during the above
distribution hours in the the Orchestra Pit in front of the stage.
Students should first pick up report cards from their Division teachers in
the Auditorium then proceed to fee collection and Summer School Registration
Stations.
Students are to leave immediately after receiving grades and registering
for summer school if necessary. Students are to exit by the Auditorium
Exit doors, as directed by security. Students must have a special pass
to go anywhere other than the Auditorium.
